What is Bimeda Online Shopping?

Bimeda Online Shopping allows registered Bimeda customers in the Republic of Ireland to place product orders via our website.

Who can become a Bimeda online customer?

1. Existing Bimeda Customers

Existing Bimeda Ireland customers can place orders online. Your Bimeda account number is your username to login. If it is your first time logging in, use the Forgot Your Password link, to receive an email which can be used to set your password.

2. New Bimeda Customers

Holders of an animal remedies wholesaler’s licence, registered veterinary practitioners, pharmacists or holders of merchant’s licences which are based in the Republic of Ireland may apply to become a Bimeda online customer.

To apply for an online account, please complete the New Customer –Request Registration form. Our customer service team will review your form and revert within five working days with a login and password, or with further questions if additional detail is required.

What if I do not receive a username and password?

Please allow five working days. Please also check your junk mail folder. If after five days you have not received your login information, please call the Bimeda customer service team on Lo Call 1850 51 52 53 or email sales@bimeda.com.

How will I pay for my online order?

Existing customers can avail of their current payment methods and may also make a credit or debit card payment. Online-only customers are required to pay by credit or debit card.

What is the Returns Policy?

If you have a question about returning one of your purchased products, you should contact your assigned Sales Representative or contact sales@bimeda.com. Any damage to products received must be notified within 5 days of receipt of product.
